Bug Description
A recent update to Kubuntu breaks WPA in Kubuntu 9.04. Several users (myself included) have noticed this. My own system has the Kubuntu Backports PPA configured (KDE 4.3.1) and I do not know if this is related to the issue.

You might have to delete your old connections and re-do them. Unfortunately, some bugfixes made the old config unusable.
