Bug Description

When printing from Okular, no matter how many times you are in the same PDF file, Okular ignores the printer job settings, especially duplex, and prints single sided. It does not even save the settings when you manually change them and exit.

affects: okular (Ubuntu) → kdegraphics (Ubuntu)

This still happens in Ubuntu Lucid Lynx.
I want to add that I don't have a full KDE installation, just kile and okular (plus dependencies of course) to edit latex.

I think this is related: I have three printers. GTK/Gnome based apps maintain the OS default. KDE apps default to the first printer alphabetically in my printer list, and there's no way to set a default printer in KDE. This is annoying because I end up sending my print jobs to another office.
