samba package did not update

Bug Description

 i am new to ubuntu i did an automatic up date and after restarting i got an icon that said enter crash report so i did i do not know how to find the info your requesting

Thanks for taking the time to submit this report. Please run in the terminal (Applications->Accessories->Terminal):

sudo apt-get update -f

and then try again the update process. Thanks.
