Bug Description
When someone sets a wallpaper from another partition, it happens that after reboot the wallpaper is not set as for the mounting needs of the drives.
And it's a usability bug.
If possible a pop-up window can be added when wallpaper is set from some other partition saying if the user wants to import the picture to 'Pictures' folder so that even after the reboot the wallpaper remains set.
