Thanks for your report, could you run brasero from the command line as: brasero --brasero-media-debug --debug &> brasero-debug.txt perform the operation to reproduce the bug and attach the resulting file to the report?. Thanks in advance

but I was not able to send it, because I got another bug report: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/firefox-3.5/+bug/417408 which did not let me to send it

but the problem persist, I can not burn any DVD or CD, with brasero neither K3B
