[karmic] kate highlight download not functioning

Bug Description

Open KATE, click on Configure Kate->Open/Save->Modes & Filetypes

button near bottom of window "Download Highlighting Files", click on it.

Window pops up, download window also pops up in lower corner of screen saying 2.2K download from kde-yadda-yadda.org

No highlight files are displayed. There should be a list of all those installed and uninstalled. I will wager this bug is actually in Aurora. The download happens, but it isn't going to the correct place so Kate cannot continue to function.
