Bug Description
When Launchpad is scanning new changes to a branch, it displays a message reading:
"Launchpad is processing new changes to this branch and will be available in a few minutes."
This reads oddly - by the usual rules of English grammar, that means "... and Launchpad will be available in a few minutes" because there's no other possible referent. I suggest the following sentence instead:
"Launchpad is processing new changes to this branch, which will be available in a few minutes."

Tieflegger suggests: "Launchpad is processing new changes to this branch. They [the new changes] will be available in a few minutes."
