Tarmac's test suite should use the existing (and wonderful) test harnesses from Bazaar. Aaron says this can easily be done by having tests inherit from TestCaseInTmpDir or TestCaseWithTra

I have a branch which changes test_branch to use TestCaseInTempDir from bzrlib.tests, but I'm not sure what to do about the MockLPBranch() issue yet.
