"include bug descriptions when sending me bug notifications" apparently has no effect

Bug Description

I have "Include bug descriptions when sending me bug notifications" in my personal settings turned off. However, I still get bug descriptions attached to mail. Does this switch actually have any effect?

Could this be bug #253788? I didn't think it was possible to set verbose_bugnotifications on a team, though.

Wow, interesting question wgrant. The message does show it was sent because of membership of ~bzr-core, but there's no option to control this in <https://edge.launchpad.net/~bzr-core/+edit>. Of course possibly it's in the database and just not exposed.
