Bug Description

When I switched my keyboard from "Germany" to "Germany, eliminate dead keys", then @ key (AltGr-Q or RightAlt-Q) stopped working. It produces just a regular "q" but not the "at"-symbol.

This seems to be fixed in Karmic, can I set to "Fix committed"?
