The last sentence of this is problematic, because it sounds like Canonical may unilaterally make additional charges to your account at a later time. I certainly hope Canonical wouldn't do that, and this is just a problem of the tour text.
It's certainly reasonable that the price may change in future. Perhaps that goes without saying for any offering, or we could state it here.
Also, it's unclear what a "preview" of the privacy features means. Can you use them or not?
