Is it a flash on screenshot?

I guess the problem is in Firefox, flash player and/or flash movie.

I confirm the error.
I can not enter Russian characters in adobe flash applications from www.vkontakte.ru
When you enter two characters at once. Very similar to the picture that put the user SKYDOS. From searching the internet I realized that this is a very old problem, which is why Adobe does not want to solve. Here are links http://bugs.adobe.com/jira/browse/FP-501 and http://bugs.adobe.com/jira/browse/FP-40
Please help in resolving this issue.
Ready to provide the necessary information about the settings of its UBUNTU 9.04 desktop

vecheslav described well the issue; this is an Adobe bug.
As far as I know, there is not much that can be done from Ubuntu's side.
Adobe has to fix this.

This is a long standing issue with Flash on Linux; the Flash plugin is not in a position to receive Unicode characters.

There is not match that this community can do other than register their requests at
http://bugs.adobe.com/jira/browse/FP-40
For Adobe to fix this issue, they need to make big changes in the Flash plugin for Linux.
