Ordering of bug/blueprint statuses on project +series shouldn't be alphabetical

Bug Description
Statuses of bugs and blueprints as shown on the project +series page are sorted alphabetically. it would be easier to see what was going on if they were sorted as they are on the bug page - by order in the usual lifecycle.

Thanks for reporting this bug. This *was* hard to do when I first wrote the helper that does this. I refactored the method for another use a few days later for another use case. Sorting by the enum.sortkey is now a one line fix. I suppose it is in progress since I have already updated the code and the test.
