New project series page doesn't handle lack of packaging links nicely

On the new project series page:
"
Distribution packaging
This series is packaged in the following places:
(+) Link to Ubuntu package (+) Link to other package
"
It should instead say that it isn't packaged anywhere. "Places" also isn't a good word.

Agreed. We use locations in most cases, but maybe we should state distribution series.
