Bug Description
The new 2.0 project series page has a link '(+) Subscribe to bug mail'. The project milestone page's link for the same purpose is 'Subscribe to bug mail (!)'. They should be consistent.

I see the rules in the two objects are indeed different. I choose the edit (!) style; because (+) implies it should become (-) after you are subscribed, and the subscription form has other uses.
