Bug Description
Please sync gnome-backgrounds 2.24.1-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The only delta was a new upstream version (Debian has caught up) and build-depending on libxml-parser-perl (Debian now depends on intltool which pulls that in). So no relevant delta anymore.
