Bug Description

A new method IDistribution.searchBinaryPackages() was added a while back to get ready for the new search UI (bug-61183), but it is taking too long to execute to use the new UI.

Chatted with cprov and there are a few things we can try to improve the situation (doing substring matching using the binary names already present on the DistributionSourcePackageCache, and less joins for the exact match).
