Bug Description
This bug is the evil spawn of bug 375978.
We still get the same violation of POFileTranslator's unique constraint on (person, pofile) while running the message-sharing migration script:

The cause seems to be different, however. I believe the problem is that the translationmessage merging script fiddles with TranslationTemp
