php5 metapackage pulls apache-common

Bug Description

for those of us not using apache (ie lighttpd, nginx, etc) can we have a php5 package that does not install apache as a dependency ?

php5 installs both mod_php(5) and php-cgi.

If you only want the cgi (I'm guessing since you mentioned nginx and lighttpd), install php5-cgi.

Uh, how exactly is this a duplicate of #420639, which is about the PEAR portion of the php5 package?
