If this is about incorrect encoding handling then Russian translators
can do nothing.

Some protocols (e.g. ICQ) store account information in 8-bit encoding. Pidgin displays this information in ISO-8859-1. This is not something translators can fix.

Not fixable. Not by us at least. This is a bug in Pidgin itself, report it to them.

For ICQ: try windows-1251 encoding in account properties.

It is fixed in Pidgin 2.7.0 with cp1251 encoding set in preferences.
