Bug Description
I discovered this bug while removing bugbranch status and bugbranch whiteboards (actually while getting it reviewed), and, well, I started on a fix in that branch, but figured I should file a bug before going any further.
If you have javascript turned off and try to edit a bug-branch link, the page you get is an oops. This has to do with BugBranch not being adapted to IHasBranchTarget correctly when generating breadcrumb links.
This also has allowed me to re-evaluate that flow in preparation for using javascript to create and delete bug-branch links, so it's not all that bad, but it's also blocking one of my branches, so I'm addressing it in that branch currently.
