Sync rkhunter (1.3.4-5) from Debian unstable

Binary package hint: rkhunter

Please sync rkhunter (1.3.4-3) from Debian unstable, all Ubuntu changes was merged on Debian :
- There is no non-ascii chars in debian/config anymore.

It build fine with a karmic pbuilder.
