Please sync pokerth 0.7-1 from Debian unstable

Please sync pokerth (0.7.1-1) from debian unstable, it build fine with the karmic pbuilder.
Package version in Ubuntu: 0.6.3-1

  * New upstram release.
    + Upload to unstable again.
  * debian/patches/04_enable_beta.patch:
    + Drop the patch, it's not needed anymore.
