Bug Description
Today I registered a new branch to a project and I want to add a few words to my branch where I can explain for what purpose I want to use te branch. But there was no whiteboard and no description text field.
It would be very nice if there is the chance to add a little explanation for what a branch will be use.

Branch summaries and whiteboards were removed from the UI because there were far too many cases where they were in the way more than anything. Launchpad also has many great ways of expressing the intent of a branch (bug-branch and bug-spec links, series branches).
If there is enough interest, I don't mind adding them back.
