The dialog is there, but we still invite the contact the crappy way via the ID since the python-empathy API is broken and we can't get the corresponding connection. So leaving this bug open

I merged in branch clutter a new dialog which doesn't use pyempathygtk to bypass the problem, since the maintainer of pyempathygtk decided not to fix it.
It doesn't have all the feature of the previous dialog but it's sufficient enough for the moment so closing the bug.
