"This bug affects me too" should be more prominent and have a visible effect

Bug Description

Currently, the link that allows users to report that they're also affected by a particular bug is (well hidden) in the word "(change)" in the fourth column under the table of affected packages.

This functionaly should be available right next to the "Add Comment/Attachment" formular so that users will actually notice it. For the same reason, it should be renamed to something like "Report that this bug affects you to". Finally, every bug should show the number (or a list of) of affected people, so that one can see that the information is actually available and used.

Doesn't seem to be a way to view a list of bugs you have "voted" on either. I have to click "this bug affects me too" as well as "subscribe" to be able to find again without a new search.

See also bug 271332 asking for it to be shown in the bug listing.

Also, the negative sense of this control is inconsistent with the rest of Launchpad. For instance the control next to it is "Target to release" not "Not targeted to a release"

Mark stated at UDS that Ubuntu and Canonical value transparency, and all open source projects should. If we value transparency, let's just show the number.

The UI for indicating that a bug affects you is set to change (to a better design, i hope) by using the common visual idioms of inline editing controls, so I'm marking this bug wontfix for now. If after making the changes we feel that they don't address the problems raised here, we should look at it again, though.

I guess this change has now happened: it is a bit better, but it's still not showing the number or names of the people affected :-(
