Bug Description

When you create a new report sheet, the additional tip next to "title" is "A brief title of the requirement." This is not helpful. Probably nothing is better. Presumably this is being inherited from requirement. Can we easily override for a message specific to a report sheet?

Overriding the title in various views would be a complex task (and needed in CanDo as well), so I would advise against that approach. Changing it to nothing at all is one idea, but that would make the add/edit views look a little strange in that the title field would be the only field with no help text. May I suggest 'A brief title for identification in various views'? It's a general comment that would be equally valid for worksheets, activities, competency groups, and competencies. If you have another suggestion, please do so.

I think nothing is fine. In the general case, "title" is clearer than a
sentence describing what a title (in general) does.
