Implement __doc__

The WADL files contain <doc> tags for fields, methods, and classes. It should be possible to make __doc__ for at least the methods and classes return those documentation strings.

This probably requires something like sphinx (http://sphinx.pocoo.org) to convert the HTML into ReST, which is kind of annoying because these <doc> tags are derived from ReST docstrings in the first place.
