Ok, I fixed this problem by removing the package gcu-plugin 0.8.6-1ubuntu5.

Maybe nspluginwrapper should conflict with gcu-plugin (<= 0.8.6-1ubuntu5).

The crash happens in libselinux during dlclose() of libmozgcu.so:

and seems to be a duplicate of #237156. I can confirm that dlclose() works with the patched libselinux1 package.

I seem to have the same bug on my system on Ubuntu 10.10 amd64. Unfortunately I cannot remove gcu-plugin as it is not installed. I am not really sure about the implications as acroread and flash are happily working. Only thing is that the error messages are a bit annoying each time I use apt or aptitude or alike programs. I'll be happy to provide more information if you could tell me what you need. Thanks.

I solved the problem by uninstalling GoogleTalk.

I can confirm that "sudo apt-get remove google-talkplugin" solved the problem on my box. However, reinstalling google-talkplugin later did not make the problem appear again.
