Bug Description

There is a little UI bug in the last tab ("Startup programs") of the session-properties dialog. when you toggle the "Enable/Disable" button, the width of the button changes, making it look like it's "moving" when you press the button. Maybe the button could be made slightly wider so that it doesn't need to expand when it reads "Disabled".

Could you try using titles describing the issue, it makes easier to browser the bugs list and notice duplicates for users, maintainers and people working on bugs triage
