init script doesn't create necessary /var/run/rageircd directory

Bug Description

On reboot, rageircd fails to start. Looking into this issue, I noticed that it was because the /var/run/rageircd directory is failign to be recreated by the init script.

Obvious typy: $RUNDIR vs $PIDDIR in one of the lines.
