Bug Description

DistributionSourcePackage:+index has been generating timeouts like OOPS 1188EB45 since the bug linking loop was fixed. The issue is that some dsp may have 50 changelog entries each, listing 6 or more unique bugs. There is simply too much data to get for the page to complete. I propose that we batch the change log.
