dolphin tranfers hangs after dolpin crashes

Bug Description
Binary package hint: dolphin-kde4
if you have a couple of tranfers "made" with dolphin, and it will crash, those transfers will stop, you will also be unable to do anything with them via notifications (stop or pause doesnt work)
it is really annoying
what logs do you need?
