Bug Description
I've been trying to think of how to format the demographic info more compactly, especially now that users can add quite a bit of it (they may need to track more types data than you think is sane in some locales).
I hit upon what seems like an obvious solution today -- just format them like a spreadsheet -- a grid -- instead of textboxes surrounded by empty space. We should have plenty of examples of the CSS to do this so it shouldn't be too hard. I think it is appropriate for both the view and edit forms.

Manage Demographics are now a table. Person's fields are also in a table.
