Bug Description

Binary package hint: apcupsd

As noted in Bug 156085, the documentation (q.v., http://www.apcupsd.com/manual/USB_Configuration.html#SECTION000101300000000000000) incorrectly calls for /proc/bus/usb/devices, which is no longer available by default and considered deprecated. The documentation should unambiguously say that /proc/bus/usb/devices is no longer necessary and may not be present.
