Bug Description
IArchive, specially PPAs, should allow users to set a displayname, which will be used as a reference to that context in the web UI.
This way we expect to reduce the user-pressure for modifying the PPA 'name' and continue to use 'name' for the PPA page and repository URL and for signing-key UID.
The PPA displayname should use inline-edit mechanism for making it as easy as possible for users to edit it.
The title for named-ppas defined in bug #334883 is unambiguous enough to continue to be used as the signing-key UID.

Let's start by renaming the current 'title' implementation to 'displayname', then submit a DB patch creating Archive.title column and adjusting Archive activation, edit and admin forms to work with it.
