Series portlet says there is a driver even if there is None.

Bug Description

On https://code.edge.launchpad.net/lazr.lifecycle/trunk the porlet shows that 'LAZR Developers' are the series driver, but it's not true. There is no driver set in reality.

(I think the project group maintainer is showed here for some reason, but the permission don't follow what the UI says).

We may get this fixed in the next two releases since we are converting these pages to the 2.0 layout.

The portlet displayed the correct people, it did not explain that drivers of a series are composed of
series.driver + project.driver + project.owner + projectgroup.driver + projectgroup.owner. Editing the series driver adds or removes just one person from the group. The forms should explain this too.

We have decided to separate the project drivers from the product series driver, and relabel it as release manager to make its intent clear.

I have a patch that fixes this. It is not clear at this moment if the patch should be it's own branch, or be merged into the series UI changes.
