Bug Description

Hi,

My Dell Latitude D620 crashes right before loading gdm (black screen and absolutely no screen activity) though, only syslog shows minor activity after crash. This problem first occurred today after upgrading kernel to 2.6.27-13.
2.6.27-12 still works with no problems.
My version is Ubuntu 8.10 Intrepid.

I attach some logfiles.
