Bug Description
Many ruby applications that have yet to be packaged now require gems 1.3.1. This should definitely make it in to Jaunty.
I've been running the debian package in testing and production for a couple of months now without any problems. I see no [unreverted] ubuntu changes in the Ubuntu changelog from 1.3.0~RC1really
An FFe has been arranged in LP:302990.

package referring to rubygems1.8.
- Bumped up Standards-Version to 3.8.0: used ${binary:Version} instread.
