Dolphin disregards Home Folder setting

Bug Description

Even though the Doplphin home folder location is configured to be e.g. "file:///home/user" the setting is disregarded and it defaults to "file:///home/user/Documents".

The package version is Dolphin 4:4.1.96-0ubuntu1~intrepid1~ppa1 and it's running on Kubuntu 8.10.
