Binary package hint: freevial

Please sync freevial 1.3-1 from Debian unstable. The changes done to the version in Ubuntu are included in this new upstream release.

     - List each build dependency / menu tag on a line.
  * debian/control:
     - Remove "(RainCT)" from the Maintainer field.
