Bug Description
In line with bug 325985, there should also be a page for projects that list all merge proposals that need to be reviewed, split according to similar principles.
That is, it should be really easy to see reviews that are blocked specifically on me, separate from reviewers that I could do opportunistically. It might be worth having three lists: me, teams I'm on, others.
