Bug Description
Please backport ubuntu-dev-tools 0.63 from Jaunty to Intrepid.
It includes quite some new stuff (rewritten pbuilder-dist with cowbuilder support, usage of Launchpad's API, bug fixes, etc.) and builds, installs and works fine on Intrepid.

Approved for backporting, I've been using trunk/ on my system for some time and it runs fine on intrepid.
