[sync request]Please sync hatari 1.2.0 from debian unstable

Hi,

debian unstable has hatari 1.2.0 in unstable.

Actual version in Ubuntu is just an upstream upgrade, and no changes has been made for Ubutnu. Please sync it.

It builds fine in Jaunty, and also install fine:
