Bug Description

Binary package hint: qbittorrent

 qbittorrent (1.3.1-1) experimental; urgency=low

   * New upstream release:
     - debian/copyright: new and updated copyright notes and files;
     - remove patch qbittorrent_desktop_file.patch (merged upstream);
     - debian/control, debian/rules, debian/README.source: drop build
       dependency on quilt system.
