QTParted 0.4.5 was released 2 months ago (August 12, 2005) - please update ubuntu packages

It is a pure bugfix release and can be considered stable.
Changes:
- Fix up "&" signs being displayed in the menus w/ Qt 3.3.4
- Add workaround for parted bug showing CD-ROMs as partitioning targets
- Some code cleanups
