Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open https:/
2. OOPS-1114EC125 (AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'addToLaunchBag')
What should happen:
A Page not found displayed since there's no such URL, like https:/
Notice that OOPS like this have no referrer which indicates a handcrafted URL. The element after the person/team name must be a registered pillar (distro, project or project group)
It'd save time to fix this bug together with bug 173633

The underlying problems were complicated enough to make fixing it worthwhile without tackling more major issues. Fix running through ec2test now.
