Bug Description
The default per-user or per-project view of branches should omit broken branches, and instead show the number of broken branches with a link to a separate page showing them.
Arguably it should also show recently-broken branches still in this list so that they don't totally vanish, and arguably it should also distinguish "failed to mirror" which may be quite transient and harmless from "unrecognized format".
