Bug Description
I used the kde controll center to install hebrew as second language (german is first). Now some interfaces mix these two languages. My impression is, that in all cases where the german translation is identical with the english original, the hebrew translation is used.
i am using kubuntu 8.10

Does "kbuildsycoca --noincrement" solve this problem? Then it's a duplicate of bug #379820.
