Please sync openal-soft 1:1.4.272-2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

All changes made in Ubuntu have been made in Debian, so that package is safe to sync.

     to fix an (de)initialization issue that produces segfaults when doing

   * quilt refresh patch(es).
